PETSAppeal Terms of Service

By creating or using an account on PETSAppeal, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to both:

• Business Users – Owners and staff who manage their pet-related business through PETSAppeal.
• Client Users – Customers of those businesses who book appointments, receive reminders, or access client portals.

1. Use of Service

PETSAppeal is a platform for managing pet grooming, retail, boarding, and related services. All users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent where applicable.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account information. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

3. Business User Pricing and Subscriptions

Business accounts may subscribe to monthly or annual plans. Free trials may be offered. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Client Users

Client users may access the client portal to view appointments and receive communications from their selected pet service provider. PETSAppeal does not directly charge client users, but their data is governed by the business they interact with.

5. Data Ownership

Business users own the data entered into their accounts. Client data is managed by the associated business. PETSAppeal does not sell user data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using PETSAppeal, you agree to the practices described there.

7. Data Processing

Where we process personal data about your clients on your behalf in providing the service, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these Terms. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the Data Processing Addendum sets out the parties' respective roles and obligations.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. PETSAppeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

PETSAppeal is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disruptions arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
